Two further Bunnings stores announced
Revealed exclusively to Insight DIY today, is the news that two further Homebase stores are due to be converted to Bunnings in the new year.
The Homebase on Eddington Way, Herne Bay will be converted to the smaller Bunnings only concept, first seen at Bicester, which officially opens its doors tomorrow. The Homebase on Oakfield Road, London Penge, will have the full Bunnings Warehouse treatment, when that opens in the new year.
The fifteen Bunnings stores now open and trading include the following (click on links for full address and details):-
- St.Albans - Griffiths Way
- St.Albans - Hatfield Way
- Hemel Hempstead - London Road
- Milton Keynes - Snowdon Drive
- Folkestone - Park Farm Road
- Broadstairs - Westwood Gateway Retail Park
- Sittingbourne (Kent)
- Basildon Vange (Essex)
- Weston-super-mare (Avon)
- Harlow (Essex)
- Basingstoke (Hampshire)
- Bicester (Oxfordshire)
- Rotherham (South Yorkshire)
- Rochdale (Greater Manchester)
- Chichester (West Sussex)
The seven stores either being converted or yet to be converted include ;-
- Walthamstow (Greater London)
- Newmarket (Suffolk)
- Hanworth (Greater London)
- High Wycombe (Buckinghamshire)
- Walton-on-Thames (Surrey)
- Herne Bay (Kent)
- London Penge (SE20)
