Insight Retail Group Ltd is an established provider of high quality market intelligence, consultancy and training to the UK Home Improvement Industry. We deliver a range of training solutions, from selling skills through to industry relevant negotiation programmes and retailer specific courses, as well as bespoke training solutions for a range of clients.
Although we have established methodologies for delivering sales training and access to best practice in sales process and techniques, we like to approach each project on a bespoke basis.
We work with our clients to clearly understand their commercial strategy and the current approach and level of skill of their Sales and Marketing teams. Time is then spent with the individuals in the team to help identify their strengths and to clearly identify and scope out the training needs.
