Kingfisher Appoints Sapna Dutta As General Counsel
Kingfisher plc, the international home improvement company, today announced the appointment of Sapna Dutta [pictured below] as General Counsel.
Sapna will join Kingfisher on 2 October from Reckitt, where she is currently SVP and General Counsel for the company’s global Health business, and for material litigation and investigations on a Group-wide basis.
Sapna has been at Reckitt since 2017, having joined from AstraZeneca, and has held a range of senior legal roles over her career. She previously specialised in global M&A and corporate law at international law firm Davis Polk and is dual qualified in the US and UK.

Sapna will join Kingfisher’s Group Executive, as well as attending plc Board meetings. She will be based in Kingfisher’s office in Paddington, London.
