"I am delighted to be announcing these two new appointments - Diana and Kari are both high calibre executives who will be strong additions to our Board, and we are looking forward to working with them.
"Diana, as a current HR Director and member of the Executive team of a large-cap business, brings excellent people, organisation and general management skills to Topps and is also well qualified to take over as our Remuneration Committee Chair.
"Kari is a retail specialist, with a strong background in trading and marketing, and I am also delighted that she be taking responsibility for Employee Engagement, where she has a great track record, as this is an area we put a lot of effort into at Topps.
"I would like to thank Andy and Claire who, having both served nine years with the Board, will be leaving over the current financial year. They have both been excellent and valued contributors to the business, and we wish them well."
