Salience Search Marketing's annual online UK tile sector report uncovers the industry's leaders based on their online prominence and visibility.

The report identifies the most prominent brands in the UK tile industry based on consumer familiarity with the brand through online searches or social media interactions. By merging branded search metrics with social media performance, the report determines which brands stand out across various channels, offering insights into their overall prominence in the market.

With 22,200 monthly brand searches and an owned social score of 1,374, Porcelanosa secures a position as the most prominent brand within the online tile market. This position solidifies the brand, known for its high-quality ceramic tiles, bathroom fixtures, and luxury home design products, as a go-to for customers.
Topps Tiles also boasts a monthly brand search volume of 201,000, with an owned social score of 145. This indicates a high demand for its vast selection of high-quality tiles, innovative designs, and expert advice.
Mandarin Stone, known for its wide range of natural stone and porcelain tiles for stylish and high-quality interior and exterior designs, sees 22,200 monthly brand searches and an owned social score of 183, indicating a continuous liking for the brand.
With over 18,000 monthly brand searches and an owned social score of 182, Fired Earth’s premium tiles in stylish and timeless designs make it a favourable tile brand.
UK Flooring Direct, known for its competitive prices and swift delivery, sees over 33,000 monthly brand searches and an owned social score of 90, securing the brand a spot among the top five most prominent tile brands.
Tile Giant, favoured for its wide selection of affordable, high-quality tiles and flooring options, sees 40,500 monthly brand searches and an owned social score of 66.
Porcelain Superstore has over 12,000 monthly brand searches and an owned social score of 171, solidifying the brand as a go-to for its curated selection of stylish, affordable porcelain tiles.
Known for its affordable tiles and convenient online shopping, Tile Mountain is among the most prominent brands, with over 33,000 monthly brand searches and an owned social score of 61.
United Carpets and Beds, known for its affordable, quality flooring and bedding products, sees 22,200 monthly brand searches and an owned social score of 75, providing it a favourable brand among renovators.
CTD Tiles secures a spot in the 10 most prominent brands within the industry. With over 18,000 monthly brand searches and an owned social score of 89, the tile brand’s wide range of high-quality ceramic and porcelain tiles, catering to residential and commercial projects, is desirable among customers.
