Kingfisher To Announce 2019/20 Results This Month

Kingfisher plc is pleased to confirm that it will announce its 2019/20 full year results on Wednesday, 17 June 2020. Details for the online results presentation will be provided in due course.

The results had been due to be published in late March, but Kingfisher was required to comply with the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) strong request to all listed companies to delay the publication of preliminary financial statements for at least two weeks amid the escalating COVID-19 crisis.

Kingfisher was allowed to publish a summary of its Q4 trading and current trading on the 23rd March, details of which can be found here.
