Bathstore makes two non-executive appointments

Bathstore has appointed two new non-executive directors to the business.

Simon Burke joins as Non-Executive Chairman and Suzy Frith joins as Non-Executive Director.

Simon Burke:

Simon joins as a very experienced retail expert. He is currently the Chairman of Hobbycraft and Chairman of Eagle Eye Solutions, a mobile commerce business. Previously, Simon has held Chairman or CEO positions at Majestic Wine Plc, Hamleys Plc and Virgin Entertainment Group.

Suzy Frith:

Suzy is a well known figure in the technology and media sectors. She comes with 25 years of experience in communications and global technology markets. She formed and ran one of the UK's top tech PR agencies for many years and is now on several boards including EPOS company Cybertill; the UK's largest independent market research agency SPA Future Thinking and marketing technology company, Brightsource.
