Bathstore joins iKBBI Installation Standards Partnership

Bathstore were today announced as the latest national retailer to join the innovative Installation Standards Partnership (iSP™) initiative devised by The Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installers (iKBBI).

The bathroom giant Bathstore currently operates from 174 showrooms nationally and is focused on providing its customers with a robust service proposition, to include a newly launched installation service across its showroom network, focused on providing its customers with a 'first class experience' according to Bathstore Chief Commercial Officer, Dean Weston.

This announcement further adds to a positive start for the initiative, as Bathstore join current Installation Standards Partners B&Q, John Lewis & Tesco.

Today's announcement adds to the great start to the summer for the iKBBI as the institute confirmed their new sponsor HIPPO™ and the re-launch of their website.

iKBBI Chairman Damian Walters said: 'Momentum is certainly gathering with the Bathstore announcement today and we're certainly pleased that this established national brand is supporting the initiative. The iKBBI is not in a position to initiate change itself, however we see our role as a facilitator as we draw the plethora of installations expertise and experience together whilst supporting those businesses and the customers they serve… these are exciting times for our partners and indeed members'.
