Update from Damian at Homebase

Message from Homebase CEO Damian McGloughlin posted on their website on 20 May 2020.

Thank you to all of our teams, suppliers and delivery partners who are working exceptionally hard to get us back on track, following a few weeks of significantly high demand online – and we’re getting there!

We know our customers are keen to get out in their gardens and to continue making improvements to their homes, and we’re constantly reviewing our operations to ensure we’re offering them the products, advice and inspiration they need.

All our stores are now open with strict safety precautions in place to help everyone shop safely, and we have introduced a carefully selected range of seasonal products that are now available for a trial Click & Collect service. Customers can also now order selected products online for home delivery – a reduced range to ensure we can meet demand.

And of course, a very big thank you to all our customers for their ongoing patience and support.
