Topps Tiles named as ‘one to watch’ in 2017 best companies survey

Leicestershire based tiling specialist, Topps Tiles, has been recognised as ‘One to Watch’ by the ‘Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For’ employee engagement survey – one of only a few medium sized organisations in the Midlands to be accredited this year. 

The survey assesses the engagement levels of all employees across eight particular factors. The business, which has its head office in Grove Park and employs 2000 people across the UK, achieved a “One to Watch” accreditation with the strongest performing areas being how employees feel about their role and the company generally, the level of team working and the quality of line management.
