The UK Cities Where Tradespeople Are Most In Demand

Brits search for local tradespeople on Google over 700,000 times a month and now new research has revealed where they are most in-demand. 

The study, conducted by IronmongeryDirect, the UK’s largest supplier of specialist ironmongery, analysed search data from across the nation.

Bath is the biggest hotspot, with 10,380 monthly searches for local tradespeople, on average, which works out at 103 per 1,000 people.

1) Bath – 10,380 monthly searches (103 per 1,000 people)
2) Preston – 10,087 (102)
3) Bedford – 8,086 (88)
4) Exeter – 10,490 (85)
5) Cambridge – 12,206 (82)

The most in-demand trades across the UK are:
