The Range to open in Runcorn

This Friday, Runcorn Shopping Centre will play host to the opening of a new The Range store.

The 50,000 sq ft store is opening within a former Tesco unit and will have sixteen departments, including a large arts and crafts area.

Town mayor Ged Philbin will open the store at 9am, and the first 50 shoppers in the queue will receive a prize. Various competitions and activities will also take place over the launch weekend.

Chris Dawson, owner and founder of The Range, said: “We are all getting excited about the opening of the Runcorn store on Friday, it has been on the radar a long time so we can’t wait to finally open.

“I am very grateful to all of the team for working so hard to get the store ready and would like to invite the local community down to celebrate the opening and explore the fantastic selection of products on offer.”
