The Range To Open in Former Yeovil Homebase

The Range has confirmed that its new Yeovil store will open on Friday 12th July at 9am.

The store is opening in the Houndstone Park area of the town, in the former Homebase store, and will create around 80 jobs.

Aspokesperson for The Range told local press: 

"This is expected to be a fantastic boost to the local economy and is sure to be a positive addition to the area," 

"The development works to transform the former Homebase site into a Range Superstore are well underway in preparation for the Grand Opening in July."

Chris Dawson, founder of The Range, said: “Opening a new store is always an exciting moment for the company and Yeovil is no exception.

"The job provision that comes with the new store should be a great boost to the local area."

Yeovil is one of seven new openings in former Homebase stores planned by The Range between March and June of this year.
