Rexel Partners With Gophr To Launch Rexel Rapid Delivery Service
Electrical distributor Rexel has announced a partnership with last-mile, on-demand delivery network Gophr to offer customers a new 90 minute delivery service called ‘Rexel Rapid’.
Rexel, a leading distributor in the UK, is working with Gophr to deliver to customers within a five mile radius of their local branch within 90 minutes or less. The rapid service covers 16 branches across London with plans for a possible nationwide roll-out in the future.
Created with electricians, general tradespeople and facilities management professionals in mind, Rexel Rapid gives customers the ability to order from the full product range online or via their local branch.
Graham Smith, Strategic Account Director at Gophr, commented: “We are excited to be partnering with Rexel to provide tradespeople with the supplies they need while saving them valuable time. Our easy-to-use front-end booking platform means that each Rexel branch has access to its own Gophr account, enabling them to manage payments locally and more effectively.
