Retail Footfall: Towns Outperformed Cities Last Week
Ipsos has published weekly retail footfall data for the UK for the week Monday 2 to Sunday 8 May.
- Across the UK, footfall fell by -4.7% compared to 2019 in the Non-Food sector.
- Towns outperformed cities by 0.9% points.
- The best performing region was London & South East where store visits were down by -6.1%.
