New-look B&Q store opens in Stanmore

Eastenders and I'm a Celebrity star Joe Swash was on hand to celebrate the opening of the new-look B&Q store in Stanmore last weekend.

The store, located on Honeypot Lane, has a newly-transformed garden centre, along with revamped kitchen and bathroom showroom areas.  In addition, a new Click & Collect point has been installed so that customers can quickly collect their online purchases.

Unit manager at B&Q Stanmore, Ashley Dickens, said: “We thoroughly enjoyed welcoming customers to our refreshed Stanmore store and celebrating with a day of family fun. The store looks fantastic.

“Our customers have received the help and advice they need to give their homes a revamp and the fun activities have been thoroughly enjoyed by everyone, including Joe.”

Joe said: “As a North London local and DIY enthusiast, it’s fantastic that Stanmore now has a brand new, refreshed B&Q store to help people get stuck into their DIY projects.”
