Floods force temporary closure of B&Q in Aberdeen

It has been reported by the Evening Express that Aberdeen’s Garthdee Road B&Q store may reopen on Wednesday.
The store was forced to close following a flood a week ago which occurred when heavy rainfall caused the nearby River Dee to burst its banks.
A B&Q spokesperson said:
“Our store team are doing an amazing job to reopen the store as soon as we can, and possibly as early as Wednesday.
“The B&Q store at Bridge of Don is open and is only a short distance away for those customers with more immediate needs.”
