Craig Castelino to leave Bunnings UK&I
At the end of the first day of the Bunnings Expo, held at the NEC in Birmingham, it was announced to a gathering of suppliers that Craig Castelino, their General Manager Merchandise, will be leaving the business.
It's understood that Craig will be moving onto special projects for Bunnings fairly shortly and that he and his family will be returning to Australia at some point in April. Once he's back in Australia, Craig will be taking on a senior leadership role in the Bunnings Australian and New Zealand business.
This news on Craig follows only a month after the surprise announcement that Bunnings Managing Director PJ Davis would be stepping down from the business for three months and also returning to Australia. There remains speculation that PJ is unlikely to return to the UK after his prolonged holiday and when asked, a spokesperson from the company was unable to provide any further information.

Ex-B&Q Director Damian McGloughlin, who only joined the Bunnings business in December is now Managing Director and David Haydon, who made the announcement regarding Craig this evening is Chief Operating Officer.
Date for the diary - Wesfarmers half year results, including an update on performance of Bunnings UK&I is due on 21st February 2018.
