Wyevale Sale Summary: Who Owns Which Centre?

Following the news that Wyevale has sold its last remaining garden centres, GardenForum has compiled a list of the 145 centres, their new owners and the combined asking price, where available.

British Garden Centres has taken 37 Wyevale sites with a combined asking price of £39m. Two additional sites, Enfield and Windsor, that will be run on behalf of developers who have bought the sites.

Dobbies has acquired 37 with a combined asking price of £231m.

Blue Diamond has acquired 16 with an asking price of £50m.

Ten have been sold to developers including the two to be operated by British Garden Centres.

Five have been sold to Hillier and four to In Excess.

Three, including Elm Court, are being returned to the Landlord.

Blackbrooks, Cherry Lane, Maidenhead Aquatics and Otter have bought two centres each.
