Wren To Open 83rd Kitchen Showroom This Week

Shrewsbury Wren 725 x 500

The UK’s number one kitchen retailer – Wren Kitchens – continues to rapidly expand its retail offering with the opening of its 83rd state-of-the-art showroom at Shrewsbury’s Sundorne Retail Park.

Wren will open its doors to customers on Friday, 11th October at 9am where they will be able to find kitchens from edgy industrial to ultra-modern and charming traditional designs.

The newly developed 17,353 sq. ft. showroom has undergone an extensive internal and external refurbishment programme and created 23 new jobs locally.

This recent opening is part of Wren’s wider retail expansion plans and this year across the UK it will open 13 new showrooms and a further 16 planned in 2020.

“We’re adding the finishing touches to the showroom now to ensure it has a real impact when customers walk through the doors,” said Wren Kitchens Shrewsbury Showroom Manager, Richard Crookes.

“Over the last three months the showroom has been stripped back to a complete shell, we’ve maximized the space by installing a mezzanine floor, and it’s been kitted out to the highest standard.

“We’ve even invested in a virtual reality room where dream kitchens will be brought to life using the most innovative technology!”

Wren is all about offering its customers affordable luxury kitchens and with 10 million different combinations the possibilities are endless to perfectly tailor a kitchen. Its Spectrum colour range means customers can colour match anything to their kitchen cabinets such as their favourite piece of crockery or a swatch of material.

For those looking to update and improve their current kitchen, the showroom has the UK’s largest range of storage solutions including magic corners, spice racks, wine racks, larder units, pantries, cooks’ tables and integrated pet beds.
