Wren Relocates Aberdeen Showroom
Wren Kitchens has relocated to an all-new state-of-the-art showroom in Aberdeen which boasts 55 full-sized kitchens on display.
The UK’s number one kitchen retailer and best place to work in the UK for two years running, has been in the city for 10 years at Boulevard Retail Park. Now its relocated to the former Office Outlet at Kittybrewster Retail Park which is ideally located on the A96 leading in and out of the city.
The 17,262 sq. ft. showroom which is double in size and much bigger and better compared to the former offering, showcases Wren’s impressive new look including two virtual reality suites. Customers can walk around in their own kitchen in 3D and use a controller to open and close cabinet doors as well as change colours and features in the new design.
There are also double the amount of design studios where customers can sit in large, open plan areas where they can work with Wren’s expert designers and see their kitchen come to life in 3D on 55” screens.
Architects or designers can book the interior design centre at the showroom, which is a comfortable, modern space complete with mood boards, a selection of sample books and the latest Apple iMac to help clients dream kitchens come to life.
The Lord Provost of Aberdeen, Barney Crockett, officially cut the ribbon to welcome the new showroom. The Lord Provost said: “It’s fantastic to see that a household name like Wren is continuing to invest in the city, particularly in these challenging times.
“I’m delighted to officially open the new showroom and wish the Wren team continued success and a prosperous future at their new location in the city.”
The kitchen company also donated £500 to the Lord Provost’s Charitable Trust’s Covid-19 hardship fund.
The showroom is by far the biggest in the North East of Scotland as it has an abundance of displays including different colours and ranges available, worktops, sinks, taps and door handles. It also houses an interactive appliance centre and a variety of storage solutions including walk-in and slimline pantries, magic corners and integrated pet beds.
Wren Kitchens Aberdeen Showroom Manager, Richard Brocklehurst, said: “We’re delighted with the success of our current showroom in Aberdeen at Boulevard Retail Park, however after 10 years we decided to relocate for enhanced connectivity in and out of the city.
“We’re excited to say that we’ve relaunched with a fantastic new look that offers a much more inspirational and interactive customer experience.”
Wren has nine other showrooms across Scotland including Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee and Ayr.
