Wren Opens Final Showroom Of 2020
The UK’s number one kitchen retailer Wren Kitchens ends the year on a high as it opens its final showroom location of 2020 in Northampton with 63 kitchens on display!
This year the ever-expanding retailer has launched 11 impressive showrooms in the UK and its very first location in the USA. Named the fastest growing retailer by The Telegraph, Wren Kitchens will continue to rapidly expand its presence in the industry by opening over 10 showrooms next year in the UK and the USA.
Located at Nene Valley Retail Park, the Northampton showroom encompasses state-of-the-art technology to offer the very best inspirational kitchen design experience through the use of virtual reality, award-winning 3D design and the largest interactive appliance centre where customers can get hands on with different appliance features.
The Mayor of Northampton, Cllr Brian Sargeant, cut the ribbon on the open day and Wren Kitchens donated £500 to The Mayor’s charity The Lowdown; a voluntary Mental Health charity, providing free and confidential counselling to youngsters.
The Mayor of Northampton, Cllr Brian Sargeant said: “It’s great to see businesses such as Wren Kitchens investing in the area as they have completely transformed unused retail units to an unbelievable showroom.
“I wish Wren Kitchens all the best in Northampton and I’m confident they will be very successful after seeing the vast displays and technology to make dream kitchens become reality.
“I’m very appreciative of the donation as it will make a huge difference to such a worthy local cause.”
Wren Kitchens Northampton Showroom Manager, Simon Partington, said: “We’re excited to be part of the Northampton community, and to offer an inspirational kitchen design experience that is sure to impress everyone with the vast array of design, appliance and storage choices.
“It’s taken over three months to completely transform the retail unit to the highest standards and it’s been a real team effort to get it off the ground and open our doors to the public.”
The huge 16,650 sq ft design centre features two virtual reality studios where customers can explore a full-sized model of their kitchen in 3D. It allows them to walk around the layout of their new kitchen, as well as the ability to interact with appliances, drawers and storage solutions.
Wren Kitchens has also introduced kitchen visualiser suites to the Northampton showroom, where customers can experiment with colours and create a 3D model of their ultimate kitchen.
On the mezzanine, there are open plan design suites are where customers work with a designer and bring their dream kitchen to life, in a relaxed environment whilst viewing both 3D and 2D images and plans of their kitchen on a 55” screen.
Customers can also explore a host of bespoke items and clever storage solutions such as dedicated wine cellars, magic corners, pull out towers and units, walk-in pantries and spice racks, perfect for the smallest of spaces or to create a chef’s haven.
