Wren Kitchens’ plan to open its 100th showroom in the UK in 2020 is back on track as its expansion programme resumes. The UK’s number one kitchen retailer will open a further four showrooms throughout July and August in Worcester, Wakefield, Wolverhampton and Peterborough with eight more to follow before the end of the year.

Wren Kitchens, whose showrooms are the largest in the UK, opened its 92nd showroom Banbury in last month.

The identity of the 100th store is yet to be decided but it will be one of the eight scheduled to open in Autumn/Winter 2020 in Mansfield, Altrincham, Oldham, Greenwich, Northampton, Kings Lynn, Durham and Carlisle.

A Wren Kitchens spokesperson said: “We are delighted to be recommencing our showroom roll out programme. It’s great to have good news to announce at this time and be able to say to our customers in these towns and cities that a Wren showroom is on its way! We are now considering further premium locations for showroom openings in 2021.”

A Wren Kitchens showroom is on average 15,000 sq. ft. and displays over 50 full size kitchens with thousands of door samples and finishes, worktops and handles, sinks, taps and appliances. As well as design centres where customers work with a designer to bring their dream kitchen to life, all new showrooms feature unique virtual reality studios so customers can experience their new kitchen in stunning 3D.

Wren, named the best place to work in the UK by Indeed, creates on average 20 new jobs in the local area in retail, design and surveying with every new showroom opening. For more information and to apply for a role, please visit www.wrencareers.com.
