Wolseley Group Acquires Bluebay

Wolseley Group is pleased to announce it has acquired Bluebay, a leading UK independent distributor of specialist civil engineering and construction building products.

Operating from four strategically placed locations across the UK and stocking over 2,000 specialist products, Bluebay will strengthen the Infrastructure division of Wolseley, particularly its Burdens business.
