Wickes Relocates Leicester Store

On 31st December, Wickes closed its Leicester store on St George's Retail Park, off the city's inner ring road.

Staff at the store told local press that the store was being relocated to South Wigston.

A team member said: “It’s a relocation to a new store. We finish today and the stock will be moved to the new store, which opens on January 2.”

The new 21,500 sq ft store is located approximately five miles away from St George's Retail Park, situated alongside a 26,500 sq ft Lidl supermarket on Blaby Road.
