Wickes Opens New Store In Widnes

• To celebrate, the new store is offering all customers a 15%* discount at check out from the 20th – 22nd October  

Home improvement retailer Wickes has announced the opening of a new store in Widnes as part of the ongoing investment into its store estate. The new store will be located on the site of the former discounter store, B&M, in Bowers Business Park, Earle Rd, and will be opened by the Widnes Viking Rugby Players on October 13^th, 2023, following extensive refurbishment.     

The new 35 sqft store will offer a range of home improvement products for both trade professionals and customers looking to improve their own homes. With a kitchen and bathroom showroom, the store will feature the new ranges to help customers plan their dream home, supported by professional design consultants offering friendly advice, a free design service, and Wickes’ trusted installation service. An indoor garden project centre has also been constructed as part of the Widnes store, to help cater to all gardening needs throughout the year.   

What’s more, the Widnes store will provide free delivery on orders above £85, a 30-minute Click & Collect service, as well as a bespoke paint mixing station.  

Trade customers will also find a large availability of stock making it easier to complete projects on time and all TradePro members will get a 10% discount every time they shop.

Wickes is proud to be supporting the community not only with the opening of the new store but also by donating garden materials via the Wickes Community Programme to the Wonky Garden, a local community garden open to visitors of all ages to explore and enjoy nature-based activities.   

The new store will be open from October 13^th, 2023, located Bowers Business Park, Earle Rd, Widnes WA8 0TA, open Monday to Friday 7am - 8pm, Saturday 7am - 7pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm.
