New research has found that energy saving plugs, air fryers, draught excluders and radiator foil, have topped the list of products Brits are buying to help reduce energy costs in the home.
The research by home improvement retailer Wickes who surveyed over 1000 UK homeowners and rental tenants, also found that nearly all those surveyed (97%) say they are taking action to increase the energy efficiency of their homes and that the rising cost of energy is their biggest concern (91%).
Over two-thirds (68%) of home improvers have already bought products to help lower their energy bills, with Energy saving plugs (30%), air fryers (26%), draught excluders (19%) and radiator foil (19%) topping the list of the most sought after items.
