Wickes Group Plc Announces Sarah Taitt To Join As Property Director
Wickes Group Plc, the UK’s home improvement retailer, is delighted to announce the appointment of Sarah Taitt as Property Director. Sarah joins Wickes on 26 September and succeeds Jo Lord who is retiring.

Sarah will report to Chief Operating Officer, Fraser Longden and will be responsible for Wickes’ current 232 store estate. Sarah’s focus will be on delivering the business’s growth plans to refit around 12-15 stores per year, as well as open a further 20 new stores over the next five years, ensuring that this growth is achieved sustainably and aligned to Wickes’ responsible business strategy, Built to Last.
Sarah has held a number of senior management roles in property and procurement within the retail sector including four years at Aldi before becoming Director of Property, Procurement and Store Development at Homebase. Her most recent role has been as Director of Purchasing for the British Virgin Islands leading retail group, Riteway.
