What More UK acquires TSR Plastics
What More UK Ltd have announced the purchase of TSR Plastics Ltd stock of moulds and the IP that goes with them.
In a letter to their customers shared with Insight DIY, TSR Plastics Managing Director Carlo Tai, said 'After a recent period of uncertainty regarding the supply of the B-Line, Kiddyland and associated brands, you will be pleased to hear that their future has now been secured. We are pleased to announce that these assets have now all been purchased by What More UK Ltd'.
He went on to say 'We wish What More well in the use of this acquisition and are sure it will serve them well and that you can expect the same first rate service from them that you have received from ourselves".
The acquisition will lead to another 300 products and the B-Line, Kiddyland and associated brands being added to the What More UK Ltd portfolio.
