Victorian Plumbing Announces Board Change

Victorian Plumbing Group plc (AIM: VIC), the UK's leading online retailer of bathroom products and accessories, announces that Kath Smith, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Board that she wishes to step down from her position in order to focus on her other business interests.  The Board has accepted Kath's resignation with immediate effect. 

The Board will now begin the process of recruiting a successor and will provide an update as appropriate.  In the meantime Damian Sanders, Chair of the Audit Committee, has agreed to act as Chair of the Remuneration Committee on an interim basis.

Kath Smith was appointed as an independent non-executive director on 16 June 2021. Kath is a non-executive director of the sports retailer, JD Sports Fashion Plc. She was previously the GM/Vice President of The North Face EMEA, a VF Corporation company and has over 30 years of experience helping to build world leading brands, including Mars and Diageo. She has also served as a co-opted member of the University of Salford’s Audit Committee from 2012 to 2014.
