Victoria Plum unveils new bedroom campaign

Victoria Plum bedroom website 725 x 500

VictoriaPlum.com has debuted its new bedroom range on TV screens nationwide as part of the online bedroom and bathroom retailer's first full CGI TV advertising campaign.

Created by international creative agency CIC, the direct response TV advert showcases the company’s bedroom and bathroom suites in a variety of backdrops through the exclusive use of CGI technology.

Launched on Christmas Day, the campaign will see eleven executions in 10 and 30-second formats appear across daytime and evening peak slots on Sky, ITV and Channel 4. It will run until February 2016.

The commercial follows the launch of a new brand identity and website for VictoriaPlum.com in 2015, and follows the brand’s October bathroom campaign.

Chris Johnson, head of design at VictoriaPlum.com, said: “As an online business, showcasing our products through the best quality CGI imagery is of paramount importance.

“CIC’s capabilities are second-to-none, and having experienced a significant sales boost during our part-CGI bathroom advertising campaign earlier this year we've extended the use of this technology. We’re confident this new campaign will bolster our position as the nation’s leading online bathroom retailer while showcasing our new range of premium bedroom furniture to audiences nationwide.”

Jon Hills, account director at CIC, added: “Through the use of the latest CGI techniques we’ve created an advert which conveys the quality and craftsmanship of the VictoriaPlum.com bathroom and bedroom ranges, while removing the need for expensive set build or location filming.”
