Travis Perkins Managed Services Bolsters Senior Team
Travis Perkins Managed Services, a leading repair and maintenance provider, has bolstered its senior leadership team with two new hires: Nicola Clayton, Social Housing Account Director, and Luke Baker, Business Development Director.
Nicola [pictured below] begins her new role, after 30 years of experience in the affordable housing sector, having held various roles in the management, strategic planning, funding, and delivery of affordable housing, using modern methods of construction (MMC) while working at companies including Kirklees Council, Strategic Team Group and Legal and General Modular Homes.
Nicola will lead the Social Housing Account Management team, delivering solutions to customers, and supporting them to deliver sustainable homes within thriving communities.
Luke Baker [pictured below] commences his role after spending seven years with Jewsons Partnership Solutions, having started as an account manager at St Gobain and then most recently as a Solutions Director within commercial door sets. Luke is experienced in developing relationships with key customers, suppliers and manufacturers and is passionate about team development.
Luke’s new role at Travis Perkins Managed Services will see him exploring commercial opportunities within FM and contracting, helping to develop new strategic partnerships and focussing on the long-term objectives of the business.
