Travis Perkins CFO To Retire In January

Further to its announcement of 11 July 2023 Travis Perkins plc announces that it has agreed with Alan Williams that he will retire from his role as Chief Financial Officer on 9 January 2024 and he will step down from the Company’s board of Directors at the conclusion of the Board’s meeting on 23 January 2024.  

To enable a smooth transition to his successor Alan will remain employed with the Company until 31 January 2024.

The Company further announces that Duncan Cooper will join the Company on 9 January 2024 as CFO and will be appointed as an Executive Director of the Company on that day.
