Toolbank promotes Paul Maxwell to Sales Director

Paul Maxwell, Toolbank sales director, May 2016 725 x 500

Following Simon Bicknell’s switch to the position of Marketing Development Director, Toolbank has promoted Paul Maxwell to the position of Sales Director for UK and Ireland.

“We are absolutely delighted to be able to promote such a high calibre candidate from our own team, and Paul’s vast experience in all areas of the industry will help us further improve our performance for both customers and suppliers” said CEO Wayne Flory.

Mr Maxwell’s career has taken in virtually every role within Toolbank, from working in the warehouse to senior sales management during his 16 years with the business, as well as 15 years in various sales and management roles at Bahco.

“One of Paul’s first tasks will be to work with our sales teams to launch the 2016 Real Deals for You Christmas campaign and the 2016/17 Big Blue Book Catalogue next month – so he will have a busy and exciting start to his role” said Mr Flory.

Toolbank is the UK’s and Ireland’s largest distributor of hand tools, power tools and hardware products to the retail and merchant markets, serving customers from 12 depots nationwide, and stocking 26,000 products from a total of 280 brands.
