Toolbank autumn shows cover the country

Toolbank, Britain’s biggest wholesaler of hand tools, power tools and hardware, has released details of its autumn trade show schedule. There will be seven one-day shows in the space of four weeks, giving customers across the UK and Ireland the opportunity to see new ranges and take advantage of special show deals.

The season kicks off on Thursday September 10, with the Dartford branch show at Brands Hatch racing circuit in Kent. The following Tuesday, September 15, will see the Appleton branch show at the Park Royal Hotel in Stretton, Warrington. The Hatfield branch is next, with its biggest ever show at the Royal Air Force Museum in Hendon, on Thursday September 17.

Then it’s the turn of the Newcastle and Glasgow branches, with a joint show at Hardwick Hall, Sedgefield, on Tuesday September 22. That’s followed on Thursday September 24 by the Cleckheaton branch show at the Elland Road Conference Centre, part of the Leeds United complex; and by the Irish show on Tuesday September 29, at the Armagh City Hotel in Armagh. And the Norwich branch closes the show season with its show on Tuesday October 6 at Newmarket racecourse.

All the shows promise ‘one day only’ deals, special incentives, free parking and complimentary catering, with more than 200 brands represented across hand tools, power tools and accessories, hardware, ironmongery, decorating and garden products.

The shows are open to all bona-fide hardware and DIY retailers, garden centres, builders’ merchants and plumbers’ merchants. You don’t have to be an existing Toolbank customer, but it is essential to pre-register – there’s no walk-in on the day.
