The Range Opens In Previous John Lewis At Home Store
Almost a year after John Lewis announced the closure of their John Lewis At Home store in Ashford Kent, The Range has opened in it's place.

Store staff have spent the last two weeks stocking the two-storey shop which has a mini Iceland supermarket concession and Cafe.
The founder of The Range Chris Dawson has vowed to take over a string of shops abandoned by John Lewis, Debenhams and others. This announcement was made as The Range prepares to open its 203rd store in the former John Lewis in Ashford, Kent, this week, creating 90 jobs.
It recently bought a former Debenhams in Bury, a Homebase store in Blackpool, a former Matalan store in Banbury and an Outfit store in Great Yarmouth and the company plans to open a further 21 stores this year.
