Steinhoff increases Poundland shareholding

Steinhoff has increased its shareholding in value retailer Poundland, despite making a statament last Friday advising that it was 'considering its position' with regard to its unsolicited offer for the company, following the result of the EU referendum and a review of Poundland's full year results.

The shareholding has gone from 23.26% to 23.52%.

No further statement has been made.
