Selco Builders Warehouse opens at trade park

Selco Builders Warehouse, part of the Grafton group, has acquired a new 2700sqm trade only builder's warehouse on Hanworth Trading Estate.

The estate developers plan to lease the remaining lots to tenants who are able to service particular facets of the building industry in order to create a one-stop-shop for the construction industry.

The new Hanworth trade park, a development by Sisk Marlin Developments and managed by Korine Property Partners, will be complete in early 2012.

The Hanworth Trading Estate is on the A312 Hampton Road West.

James Measures, property services director, Korine Property Partners says the aim is to have each tenant able to service a different part of the industry.

"Our focus will be to have a tenant who is able to service a particular need of the industry, and thus the tenants will possess complimentary, rather than competitive main product focus. Currently we have Selco on board, and are in discussions with representatives from the plant hire, plumbing, tooling and associated industries."
