Screwfix Opens Three New Irish Stores In August

Screwfix has opened three stores in the Republic of Ireland in recent weeks, bringing the country total to 29.

Store 27 opened in the North Link Business Park on Old Mallow Road in Cork at the start of August. It was the second store to open in the county.

Store 28 opened in Westport Industrial Park, County Mayo, and store 29 opened around a week ago on Kinsale Road Business Park, Cork, making it the third store in the county.

Donal Bermingham, Property Project Manager at Screwfix, announced the openings on his LinkedIn page, thanking various companies for their support in the fit out process and getting the stores ready to open.

Screwfix is keen to find sites/properties within the Republic of Ireland that fit the following criteria:

• 3,500 - 10,000 sq ft
• Prominant, visible location
• Cose to other trade occupiers
• Easily accessible
