Online garden retailer Garden4less.co.uk looks for partners

Garden internet retailer garden4less.co.uk is opening its website up for all garden centres and pet stores to sell online through the website.

After a 12-month trial period with 30 merchant partners selling through garden4less.co.uk, the company is seeking garden centres and pet stores to list their products for sale.

Garden4less managing director Robert Osborne said: "We see this as a win-win scenario for both garden4less and the garden centres. It will expand the range of products available for over half a million of our customers whilst giving garden centres a new channel to retail their products through, with commission charges significantly cheaper than the Amazon market place."

The trial saw the product range available through garden4less grow by 3,000 new products, to 10,000 products overall, which Burton-on-Trent-based Garden4less wants to double to 20,000 products by the end of 2015. The company has been trading online for 10 years.

Merchant partners include Country Garden Gifts, Farm and Garden Supplies, Ark Stores, Gardening Delights, The Greenhouse People, Longacres and Nutleys Kitchen Gardens.

I find the news and articles they publish really useful and enjoy reading their views and commentary on the industry. It's the only source of quality, reliable information on our major customers and it's used regularly by myself and my team.
