New Eco-Conscious Design Studio Bobbi Beck Enters Interiors Market

Bobbi Beck - Gelato concept room set
  • Conceptually driven and sustainable design business launches to bring a fresh approach to wallpaper design and production

New design and print studio Bobbi Beck enters the made to order interiors market from today, as it launches a luxury wallpaper business. The wall decorations specialists will collaborate with designers in a bid to become a central part of the industry by forming meaningful relationships with customers, trend forecasters and material producers.

Launching with both a domestic and commercial offering, Bobbi Beck stands for creativity beyond design and aims to inspire the market to be more conceptual with visual product representation. The brand will work alongside interior specialists to go deeper than just the product and really understand the mood of the room. Its trade expertise includes hospitality, retail and office space.

Founded by James Mellan Matulewicz and Jason Arrowsmith, together they bring 15 years of experience in the modern interior design industry.

Co-founder James Mellan-Matulewicz says, “At Bobbi Beck, our aim is to bring a fresh artistic direction to the world of luxury wallpaper, which is currently dominated by heritage brands that look the same and feel dated. Our aim is to inspire design professionals with highly-creative design concepts that will help them produce modern luxury interiors.

Co-founder Jason Arrowsmith adds, “With our experience of the market, we've learnt a lot about what customers want, from design offering all the way through to ordering and installation. Nobody else in the industry seems to provide a perfect experience, so we're doubling down on that. We're really looking to create a seamless shopping experience.”

Inspired by organic forms, Bobbi Beck will focus on producing a well-curated range of designs across today’s most popular themes, including botanicals, geometrics and subtle textures. From there the studio will expand its design range based on market feedback and trend development.

Bobbi Beck is passionate about the environment and with every piece made to order there is minimal waste. All of the paper comes from FSC-certified origins, is PVC-free and recyclable. All inks are non-toxic and water-based, all packaging is 100% recyclable, the office runs on 100% renewable energy and all carbon emissions are offset where possible.
