MKM Continues To Expand Kitchen Finance Offering

MKM is continuing to rapidly expand its kitchen and bathroom finance offering, with 20 of its branches across the UK now offering flexible packages for its customers.

The UK’s largest independent builder’s merchant has recently launched the scheme at MKM Home in Hull, it’s state-of-the-art retail showroom in the city, following on from 19 other branches nationwide, including MKM Leamington Spa, MKM Norwich, MKM Glasgow and MKM Scarborough. The merchant is set to rollout the offering at further branches throughout the UK later this year with 30 more expected to be live by the summer.

The success of the initial launch has prompted the roll-out to support more customers.

Finance packages are available across the merchant’s entire bathroom and kitchen product offering (based on minimum spend), including tiles.

Working in partnership with Novuna Personal Finance and Clear Compliance, it is the first time that MKM has offered finance on such a scale and across such as wide product offering.

Rob Barnes, Business Development Director at MKM, said: “Our competitive finance packages are designed to help customers spread the cost of any project, whatever the scale, and can be applied to a wide range of products. It is great to have already launched the offering at 20 of our branches nationwide and at our flagship MKM Home showroom in Hull, and we are looking forward to rolling our finance packages out to more branches throughout the year, helping more customers achieve the home of their dreams.”

Three different finance options will be made available, helping customers pick the most suitable finance package for them. Customers can choose between interest free credit; buy now, pay nothing for 12 months; and interest-bearing credit. Branches can select the terms that are most relevant to their audience with MKM Home, Hull opting to offer up to 5 years interest free credit, buy now pay nothing for 12 months and spreading the cost over 5 years with interest bearing credit.
