Jewson launches updated website

Jewson has launched a new website, designed with its customers’ ease of use and access to in-depth information in mind.

The new look site is fully integrated with Jewson’s extensive product catalogue; customers can easily find high quality information on over 12,000 products from Jewson’s comprehensive range.

Users of Jewson’s new website will notice a significantly enhanced level of product information including high quality images and categories that they can filter by, enabling them to browse and view products easily. The website features a broad range of products from general building materials, timber, electrical, plumbing and decorating to windows and joinery, kitchens and bathrooms, landscaping and Tool Hire.

A highly intuitive navigation means the website has increased usability, allowing customers to find the information they need very quickly.

The new site also features an upgraded Tool Hire function - simple to navigate, the function enables customers to search by category, so earth moving, access equipment and power tools sit alongside breaking equipment, compaction, concrete and packing equipment. With 30% off all Tool Hire orders placed online, in addition to a network of over 230 Tool Hire branches across the country, customers can quickly find and hire online the right tool for the job.

Existing Jewson account holders can register online, using the new website to manage their relationship with Jewson 24-hours a day. Therefore no matter how hectic day-to-day projects become, invoices and other paperwork can be accessed online at any time of day.

New customers will also find it very easy to open a Jewson trade credit account online, with quick and simple forms available to fill in.

Gareth Drew, Online Marketing Manager for Jewson said: “The refreshed website provides easy to find in-depth information, combined with specifically designed sections for housebuilders, self builders and those working on public sector projects. It also offers a wide range of information and important advice on sustainability issues and wider industry news.”

David Fenton, Marketing Director for Jewson concluded: “With such a wealth of information available in a high quality, easy to use format, the Jewson website represents the default reference tool for anyone working on a building project.”
