Jewson invests in kitchen and bathroom showroom transformations
As part of a national £350,000 investment, builders’ merchant Jewson has transformed six of its kitchen and bathroom showrooms across the country to offer tradespeople a more end-to-end, specialist service for their customers.
Showrooms in Hexham, Bridgnorth, Glasgow, Hereford and Oxford have all undergone a complete transformation to streamline the sites to include more design sets, and an improved customer journey.
Including the newest products from the UK’s leading kitchen manufacturers, the new-look, luxury showrooms help local tradespeople by giving their customers a chance to get a feel for the latest in kitchen and bathroom design.
Tradespeople can invite their customers to browse the full range of on-trend displays. Then the customer can work with the showroom’s team of experts to design, plan and purchase their dream kitchen or bathroom – ready for their preferred tradesperson to fit.
David Fenton, Marketing Director at Jewson said: “A designer kitchen or bathroom is one of the most effective ways of adding value to a home while also giving it the wow-factor. So, when it comes to renovations, customers would often rather work with a trusted, local tradesperson from day one to create a design that’s unique to them, as opposed to buying ready-made.
“Our showrooms give tradespeople a support system of kitchen and bathroom experts who can help their customers visualise the many options that are available and create a tailor-made design. Not only does this streamline the
process from design to installation, but gives customers a personalised experience they can trust.”
Following the positive feedback received from both the trade and the public, Jewson is now developing further showrooms at its branches with its sister companies – including Ceramic Tile Distributors, Graham and International Decorative Surfaces.
