Ipsos Retail Footfall: Towns Continue To Outperform Cities
Ipsos has published its latest Retail Traffic Index (RTI), covering Monday 19th September to Sunday 25 September.
Key points:
- Across the UK, footfall fell by -28.1% compared to 2019 in the Non-Food sector.
- Towns outperformed cities by 6.2% points.
- The best performing region was Northern England where store visits were down by -25.9%.
