Homebase To Sponsor Weekend Programmes On Heart
Helpful home and garden experts Homebase has struck a nine-month-long deal with Global’s Heart, the UK’s #1 commercial radio brand, to sponsor its weekend programmes hosted by JK & Kelly Brook and Zoe Hardman.
The exclusive weekend sponsorship, secured by Havas Media UK (part of Havas Media Group), will reach over 14m adults across the campaign and exclusivity across five bank holidays in 2023, and additional amplification around the coronation of King Charles III, and key moments around seasonal shopping periods.
The on-air sponsorship will be complemented by co-branded content and live reads from presenters to drive engagement and interaction, as well as bringing the campaign in store. The partnership also features joint talent-led social videos across Heart and Homebase that demonstrate how decorating your home and gardening is made easy with Homebase.
Claire Abercrombie, director of marketing and customer, Homebase, said: “Weekends are the perfect time to enjoy your home and garden, and we want to help make that as easy as possible. Whether you’re looking for inspiration or need tips on getting your garden Spring ready, we can’t wait to partner with JK & Kelly and Zoe Hardman to help even more people get even more out of their homes and gardens.”
Amanda Conner, managing partner, Havas Media UK, said: “The sponsorship with Heart allows us to create a platform that delivers reach and awareness for Homebase across a broad audience at key moments throughout the year. Working with Global’s popular radio shows will really allow us to talk to the right people at the right time, and provide the opportunity to serve up tailored messaging.”
