Homebase: Customer Update Re COVID-19

A message from Homebase

To our customers,

This is an unprecedented time, and one that requires support and collaboration. We want to reassure you all that we are doing everything we can to keep our stores open, support the wellbeing of our team members, customers and local communities.

The size and location of our stores, mostly out of town, make it easy for you to reach us and shop with us, without compromising social distancing measures. Also, within our stores, we have already taken steps to ensure we're creating the safest possible environment for you, our customers. For example, we are thoroughly cleaning stores each day and we have closed off public toilets. You can also continue to shop online where you can order products for home delivery or collection in store.

Our customer service team is experiencing a very high volume of requests which means our telephone lines are currently unavailable. Please use the online contact form for any queries and a member of our team will respond to your query as soon as possible.

We will keep you updated with any changes as this situation evolves.
