Graham Coles to leave Robert Dyas
Robert Dyas chief executive Graham Coles is to step down after eight years in charge of the hardware specialist in order to focus on new non-executive positions.
Phil Green, at present Robert Dyas commercial director, will be promoted to the new role of chief operating officer.
Starting on December 1, Green will report to Kypros Kyprianou, chief executive of the group comprising stationer Ryman and lingerie specialist Boux Avenue along with Robert Dyas.
The changes follow the purchase of Robert Dyas in July by retail entrepreneur and Dragons’ Den star Theo Paphitis.
Kyprianou said, “We all thank Graham for his invaluable contribution to the business that has continued to outperform expectations since it was acquired.
“Graham has a superb track record in the retail and leisure industries and it has been an honour and a pleasure to work with him.”
