Focus DIY kicks off January Sale this week

DIY and gardening chain Focus DIY is the first home improvement store to launch its January sale – three weeks early. It kicked off in store and online this Monday 13th December, five days ahead of other DIY chains, which will not launch their sales until Friday 17th December.

Christmas has come early for Focus DIY shoppers who can get up to 60% off ALL kitchens and bathrooms, with an extra 10% off all kitchens and appliances until Christmas Eve. It is also offering half price work tops*, up to 25% off tiles and flooring and an extra 10% off for all Over 60s and Homemovers Card holders.

Ashley Bates, Trading Director from Focus DIY says: “We have launched our sale early this year, ahead of other DIY stores, to allow shoppers to make improvements to their homes over the long Christmas break. It’s one of our biggest sales of the year and we encourage people to come into store this week and next to take advantage of these great offers.

“We are the first to launch our sale and this is the earliest we have ever started it. Shoppers looking to spruce up to their homes should grab a bargain in store while stock levels are high and to beat the January rush. The sale helps to spread the cost of larger purchases such as kitchens and our showroom consultants are in store now to offer design consultations, whatever the budget.”

In this tough economic climate, more people are choosing to improve their homes rather than sell and the long Christmas break is the perfect time to carry out DIY jobs around the house.

The sale started in store and online on Monday 13th December and runs until 30th January 2011. Visit focusdiy.co.uk for further details.
