Exhibitor bookings 'Totally' add up

Bookings are hotting up for the 'three-in-one' Totally Shows due to run on 5-7 February at the NEC in Birmingham.

In the past month, the following companies have signed up to exhibit for the first time at the show - Bemis Europe, Birchwood Price Tools, Keller Instruments and Latexite UK. They are joining other first timers Bond-It, Ewbank, NexTorch (BBB Investments), Worldwide Tools and The Wardle Group.

The Wardle Group will be showcasing no less than six leading brands – Kimberly Clark, Isaberg Rapid, Personna International, D&D Technologies, CH Hanson and Insulated Tools, while NexTorch will be supporting its first appearance at the show by giving away a torch worth £15, available to all visitors.

Exhibiting with these new companies are Bartoline, Blue Dolphin Tapes (XL Tape International), Cathedral Products UK, Chaselink UK, Enta Technologies, Karcher UK, Blue Spot (Northern Wholesale Tools) and Power Tool Products which have not exhibited with Totally since it moved from London's Earls Court to the NEC in Birmingham to run alongside Spring Fair International.

The shows have also been pleased to welcome back many of its regular brands and companies including, on the tools front – AW Tools, Abingdon King Dick, Amtech, Arrow Fastener, Cannon Tools, Draper Tools, Monument Tools, Positec Power Tools, Rolson Tools and Veto Tools.

In the DIY and hardware sector, Big Wipes, Bob Mills, Centurion Europe, Chain Products, Ciret, Coo Var, Euro Showers, Festive Lights, Gorilla Glue, JMS Bridge, London & Lancashire, Palace Chemicals, Procter Brothers, Rothley, Select Hardware, Shurtape, Sika UK, Trendsure, Trimaco, Trollull (Oscar Weill) and Wagner Spraytech are all back for another year, and decorative product suppliers include Liberon, Plasti-kote, Rustins and Tor Coatings.

In security, Davenport Burgess is back for another year, joined by Cathedral Products, Enta Technologies and Keller Instruments.

Retail trade association Bira also has its own pavilion showcasing Bira Direct suppliers including Bond-It, Castle Hardware, CPC, Jegs Electrical, King Cole, Murpak and Oracstar.

"Totally is where retailers, from the multiples to the high street, from garden centres to department stores and online and TV, come to find their DIY and related products and see them in action," said exhibition director James Murray.

"This year we're encouraging even more exhibitors to come and show off their products in our central show feature the 'Retail Tool Box', and we'll be weaving some good industry research from the leading names in amongst the product demonstrations that will be of interest to visitors and exhibitors alike."

Once again the show is fully supported by the industry. Bira will be presenting its annual supplier awards at the show, BHETA and GIMA, and principal wholesale and marketing groups Stax Trade Centres, Home Hardware Southwest and Mica DIY will be all be represented.

The Totally Shows will run in Hall 16 at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham on Sunday 5, Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 February.

As in the previous two years, the Totally Shows' open days will coincide with Spring Fair International which will occupy the rest of the NEC complex and be open from 4 to 9 February.
